No doubt Chris Brown and Ciara's performance at the BET awards was one of the hottest performances of the evening.It's like they took moves from Dancing with the stars, The Matrix,and The Player's Club and infused them to create one do...pe show. It was totally ill not sick in the words of Lil Weezy.Jill Scott was pleasantly plump again, but sang Al Green's "Still In Love" like it was a song off her debuting album or something. She rocked out,and I was glad to see that she went back to the old Jill neo-soul look with a classy twist.Loved her.

I thought the same thing about Rihanna. I'm thinking to myself like man... her dress was hott. I love the new do with the tattooed stars on the back of her neck, but her performance was wack. Did she perform or was she just there for a fashion show? I think she was overly jealous behind her beau Chris Brown and Ciara's performance that she was too afraid to dance. She knew Ciara's moves was too hott for her to compete with so she had to sing her butt off.

Usher did kill it. Your ABSOLUTELY right. He made me want to turn the channel as soon as he did his first immitation of a M.J.(Michael Jackson) move. He was terrible. He went out there and proved to the world that he's somebodys' baby daddy now and an old washed up performer/actor and a husband.I think my father has smoother moves than he did and he's 59 years old. LOL. On the plus side...umm... hmm... let me think. His wife dressed him very well that night? IDK.

I'm far from being a racist,however, I applaud Niecy Nash's skit because it was sentimentally funny and at the same time she made factual statements about Madonna and other celebs that adopt children of color from foriegn countries only because it's a hollywood trend. Then they exploit the children as much as they can by parading them around like trophies."Look America see what I got on vacation." It was not tasteless, it was a sublimenal message that a lot of "US" people of color were too blind to get. I got it and knew not to take it as her being racist. Racial sattire is used in pretty much every program that we watch on T.V. nowadays, but it will go right over your head if you don't pay attention to the details. Besides that, not to be funny or anything, but think about any A.A. event or award show that has been publicized and it has been just that an "all A.A." event. I don't think so. Not to seem spiteful, but some situations among the races deserve a Touche'. Feel Me?

We are now in a new millenium. To be quite frank and very "inappropiate", I think a lot of people are stuck in the old testament. I'm a black woman and if I was into that sort of thing I would get money the same way the video women are. I don't think anything should be banned because we have a right to freedom of speech and expression. I've been around the world and America is the only country that views a naked body or any form of sexuality that is anything and everything other than conservative as being taboo. It's not like Chris Brown and Ciara stripped down like Keyshia Cole did, they were just doing what they get paid to do bottom line. Marvin Sapp was excellent and sang a great song. However, I think by the time everybody was done crying and getting the Holy Ghost through his powerful vocals, the audience needed a little pick me upper.

i thought it was good the best it was..... i really liked the performance the most because every one was doing they thing....and i really liked chris brown the way he sings and dance outer space like out of this world......

well the perfomance went hard and i would had like it if mariah carey had of won and keshia cole. the perfomance by lil wayne chris brown usher keshia cole t-pain etc.... that went hard but usher was like bout a 5 or more but that perfomance that he did took my breath away and the other performance by nelly and ciara was off the hook cuz that went hardder then the one by t-pain cuz all that was not 4 u 2 do. well all the other ones went really well and i like that and i will give a big hand 2 lil wayne and chris brown
