I currently get relaxers but my question is how do you go from getting relaxers to just getting your hair pressed? I get perms maybe every 2 months because I dont want to over relax my hair but I swear my hair begins to get nappy in about 4 weeks...so how do you completely stop getting relaxers?

you just gotta grow your natural hair out, u can always get braids, sew-ins, weaves, or wigs while u transitioning from relax to natural hair

My hair is pretty long and its such a hassle to keep it up with relaxers and what not. If I stop getting perms will my hair begin to break?

if u get your hair braided it shouldn't break bad but u just gotta make sure u keep up with the braids like take them out once in awhile so your hair can be relieved of the stress on it, but the things i listed before are protective hairstyles so it suppose to protect your hair, u can always go visit this site that i frequent often to get your questions answered about your hair, its real helpful. this is the website http://forum.blackhairmedia.com my user name is the same as this one, florida_mama07, check the website out, u'll get addicted to it
