"Diff'rent Strokes" and "A Different World" now air on BET!

Tune in weekdays at 9 a.m. (ET/PT), 9:30 a.m. (ET/PT) 3 p.m. (ET/PT) and 3:30 p.m.(ET/PT) for "Diff'rent Strokes."

Catch "A Different World," weeknights at 11 p.m. (ET/PT) and 11:30 p.m. (ET/PT) and again, at 3 a.m. (ET/PT).

ITS ABOUT TIME! BET is finally showing something tangible on this crap channel.

However why @ 11pm @ 3a? It needs 2 be on from 3-7pm when kids watch tv afterschool. Just as ADW inspired kids 2 HBCUs in the late 8os/early 90s, ADW rerun can do the same now in 2k8.

 

ok 11pm and 11:30pm works me. I am still up at that time anyway studying. So If I ever get sleepy while I am studying at those times, I could watch that to get me up.

Is A Different World on in Canada too?? Becuase at 11pm it says a Differnet World is On but we get Access Granted????

I do not care for 'Diff'rent Storkes' that much. I personally love 'A Different World' and feel that it should shown in the day versus late night. I like 'Thea'....its great to have these old sitcoms syndicate because it makes allows us to reflect and enjoy a part our past. I think 'Amen,' '227,' 'In the House,' and 'The Game' are good consideration for future additions.

I'm glad that BET brought these shows back on the air. I remember shows like Different Strokes, and Different World. I was more happy when BET got Malcolm & Eddie, The Parkers, and Girlfriends because I didn't get UPN until UPN and WB merged and formed CW.

Even though I was born in 91 I havent really been watching the show through out the years cause I was so young lol. But now I love A Different World because it gives you a different perspective of the world today and how people would think back then and I find it interesting on how you can learn things from the show such as dealing with racial situations and what African-Americans have to fight for.

So why isnt A Different World on in CANADA? We love this show here, so when will it be on up north!!!!

I think that b.e.t is wrong for showing "A different World" at 3:00 in the morning. I love this show but who is really gonna stay up at 3:00 in the morning to watch this? And this is just the summer what about when school starts who gonna be able to stay up till 3:00 and wake up at 5:00 to get ready for school. I think that b.e.t should show hell date at 3:00 in the morning and put a different world in its time slot. Anyways this show haves good morals to teach kid then the stupid crap that on t.v now. almost every channel have dating shows . Flavor of love, i love new york, rock of love, a shot at love with telia, blind date, hell date, the boot and there's still more being added. why have all this crappy dating shows. B.e.t always talk about empowering the blacks, then empower them with a different world that show the struggles that we face are the same with them even though the shows over 10 years old. This makes me angry that they would put a intelligent show on so late or really early.
