Why when anything in our community goes wrong they blame rap.Why does it seem to me that the black leaders that supposed to be representin us is so out of touch with whats goin on in the hood its sickning.They get on T.V and talk all day and don't nothin happin.All this marching dont do nothin.This aint the 60's.This aint the 80's. That old *** civil rights crap dont work no more.It dont have the same effect on white folks like it used too.They walk and holla and nothin happens.They just wanna put on a show for the camera.Watch how long this shawn bell tragedy stay on top.I give it about 2 more weeks and the media will drop it.I wont I'll be talkin about it forever.But wont nobody hear me.The people who represent us on T.V and in the goverment are too soft.Everyone wanna be politicaly correct.They sit back while FOX NEWS and CNN assassinate Reverend Wrights character.All he did was speak the truth.And these black analyist be on T.V playin the white man game.I aint racist by a long shot.And niether is Rev Wright.I believe in equal oppurtunity.But nobody wanna talk bout the real issues that go on in the hood until something happens. We need some new people representin us on T.V. Terrance and Rocsi aint gone do it.Speakin on the subject of 106.How is it that its a famly show but the videos to me aint too family friendly.Look at Flo-Ridas Elevator video and Lil Waynes Lollipop video and yall got kids in the crowd goin crazy over these videos.But then yall want them to respect women and do the right thing.How when the only BLACK TELEVISION NETWORK doesnt even follow up on the same lessons that they be preaching.I aint no saint by a long shot but im just tired of everybody wanna blame the hood for americas problems when society our everyday life to life activities are the problem.America needs to stop turnin the other cheek to the real problems.How come College Hill shows young black people making fools of themselves on T.V.How come it can't be about real people going to college and doin the right thing.But for the sake of entertainment we put people who look like fools on T.V. And why black history month nothing ever gets put on T.V but maybe once or twice.Not once did i see X or rosewood or any real black movies.But oh I did see soul plane on T.V. Yall need to stop pointin fingers and look at yourselves.AND AL SHARPTON NEED TO SHUT UP.Cause if I see that sellout out here he gon get disrespected real talk.B.E.T yall need to tightin up.
