With the thinking that the B word or the N word is okay to say to each other many of you would, It reminds me of the battered wife syndrome in that after being abused by the word for so long black people have come to accept and make excuses for why it is okay, but ignorace is bliss and black people have become extremely happy in the wake of self destruction

Well that is one thing that divides the black community. The thing is, no one is in place to judge anyone else just because they may not take racial slurs as serious as others. Take africa for instance, it is so effed up in Africa today, it is swarming with rebels.... Some one would say its wrong to be a rebel, shooting innocents and what-not.... but their lives are so messed up, could u blame them for not looking at it the same way you do? Same with some of the ignorant things people say and barely heed; some people have more stuff to worry about in life than to be able to defend themselves whenever anyone says the N word. Just because the black community isn't the way it was in the 60's don't mean its headed for self destruction. I do believe it is a VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY BUMPY ROAD, but its not to destruction. This generation is simply in a stage of re-education of life morals and principles. Word Life
