What is Hip Hop
Is it the way I dress
or some other mess.
Is it the color of my skin
or the money I spin.
Is it the people I hang around
or the one I call my men.
For boys is it the way they slang
or the name of they gang.
Is hip hop dead ?like Nas said.
Well to me Hip Hop is dead.
If not dead then transfomed,
transformed into something it was not.
Now instead of champions and kings
we have crazy people saying crazy things.
Me being a person I learn as i grow
But the older I get the more the world seem slow.
Hip Hop is the world,its my world
I hear it in my sleep,I listen to it when I eat,I sing on the bus and I carry it with trust.
I have faith in the Hip Hop World
I cherish it just as well as any other boy or girl.
