OK I know I'm late and everything, but i just saw the show on the internet and i had to say a little somthing. I agree with Angela_17 to an extent because she makes some valid points in her arguement. What i will say is HOW IN THE HELL CAN SNOOP DOGG MAKE A VIDEO AND GO TO THE EXTREME ABOUT MAKING PEACE WITH LATIN GANG MEMBERS WHEN HE IS IN A GANG THAT PROMOTES KILLING SOMEONE BECAUSE OF THE COLORS THEY WEAR IN THEIR CLOTHING! HE WOULD RATHER MAKE PEACE WITH SOMEONE WHO WOULD KILL HIM BECAUSE OF THE COLOR OF HIS SKIN WHICH IS SOMETHING HE CANT CHANGE OR TAKE OFF LIKE YOU CAN  A SHIRT!!! So to snoop dogg, I cant take him too serious with this situation. sorry. And Fat Joe, I will agree with him that all that stuff that is going on in L.A is just plain IGNORANCE!(and im talking about the overall gang situation) they are practically doing the white mans job for him by killing each other. History seems to have this habit of repeating itself and I fear that the black race will continue to be looked down upon and we maybe in shackles again. How long will it take...who knows but if we continue on this path of degrading ourselves it could be a reality and it could come sooner than we think.

It all boils down to jelaousy.. and confusion... Cubans are black ya ask me and so is every other Latino out there hate to admit it. Mexicans and Blacks in LA are both at the bottom and look down on as nothing and instead of trying to work out problems they create them with the jealousy and the desire toprove to a white man who doesnt care about you one way or another that they are the better race?? Or is USA that bored a bunch of people just want to fight each other all daY? um get hobbies its nonsense it really is it needs to stop no need we all black

Sela you clearly have no idea about history. So, do some research on slavery, chain gangs, nurse maids, the civil war movements, LYNCHINGS, the middle passage,  and then maybe you could understand how blacks have suffered.

Also, blacks came here before Christopher Columbus. Blacks traveled to the US long before, and their is proof. Just look at the Olmecs, and if you did any research in Mexico, you'd probably wonder where those big black folks in the south come from. And its not from slaves. Its from the real African Explorers, who weren't savage killers who came here long before. And if you want to talk about "suffering' how come you ddint' mention the native Americans?? i will vote 4 barak obama. i changed my mind because he has good ideas on a lot of issues. but i'm not sure if he understands how so many hispanics are racist towards blacks. that is why he lost texas and california, two states who have a large portion of hispanics. they got together and purposely tried to keep a black man from being the democratic nominee! i know this in my gut. but they lost! he is the nominee. and now they have to choose between him and a republican! ha ha ha, too funny! your plan didn't work. do you see how much we have overcome and made it through, my darlings? america owes much too much to the black man and no matter what, we cannot be stopped. what it is with the hispanics, it is jealousy. they see the power, influence and ability we have and they are jealous. even though we have been through so much in this country, there are hispanics who break into this country, are here illegally and have the nerve to hate on us! that is some hell of a nerve. with the internet, technology, i-reporting, cell phone cameras, etc, it is getting harder and harder for the government to *** people. there are too many ways of communicating and sharing information. i notice, even if hispanics outnumber blacks, we are still the ones who shine brighter and go further. that is just what i observe. our blood is strong. that is why everyone copies us, our style our swag, from whites to hispanics and other races. we always create new artforms and many times other races have tried to steal the credit for it. blues and jazz and many other things have originated with us. as did rap. i see more and more the white man, trying to sandwich his rendition of blues in more and more on music choice blues. if they could take over and steal it from us, they would, like they did many other things in the past. but now it is getting harder and harder for the white man to get away with those things, because people communicate and share info. look how bad we are. we invented crumping. inner city african american kids who wanted an alternative to gang activity, actually invented a new art form, a new form of dance. we are the ones able to make something from nothing. we can do so much, that's why there's so much jealousy and imitation of us.
