How do Black teens relate to sex and their sexual health through their experiences, and to present healthier, safer alternative ways of dealing with their sexualities?

It isn't necessarily true.

I'm considered a young, Black woman/teenager, young adult, etc. and though I've frequented a party joint or two, sex isn't something that constantly crosses my mind in that environment because I'm always of sober mind and heart, so I'll act logically, instead of impulsively as many are known to do when they've been drinking and chiefing.

I'm unsure of how to answer the second half of your question because I'm confused as to what your pondering. Through my experiences, I've learned that my self worth, dignity, respect and LIFE is worth more than any amount of sex and I'd rather my man protect himself then lose my life over a foolish decision.

You sound like that rare 1%. That's sweet. Do you know or have 5 women that see things as you do? Do they walk and live as you? I am sure you know more people that was described above then the people that mirror yourself.

that absolutely is not true...thats like a stereotype. i go to parties all the time and i dont go to try and hook up all the time iam a teenager and most of the times that i do go i just go to dance and have fun. i mean come on people do what they do regardless. if your going to have sex then your going to have sex but yet alot of younger teenagers that i do know have sex and they dont do it at parties or go to parties to do it.i mean yea im sure that some people do go to parties to look for somebody to hook up with, i hav kissed someone at a party before but nothing more. but then again everyone is different

ppl mostly hook up at school or through a mutual friend. usually if your friend met a guy, he has a friend who wants to meet your friend. it never fails.
