Folks don't go to the nail shop for your eyes.... lol.  You might leave with your eyes shut... I don't want to hear..."no speaka english" when it comes to a law suit.  Spend the extra money for a professional and make sure they have bank...

LOL. Yeah, the second time i got them done. I woke up one morning with one eye watering sooo much. It was bright red and swollen and i couldn't look into the light. It was painful. I had to wear sunglasses all day even though i spent the whole day at home. I think some of the glue got into my eye cuz they used wayy too much. I definitely will not be going back to those asian ladies. If i get them done i will definitely get them done at MAC.

I was told that most places use bonding glue which is the same kind of glue used for glueing in tracks... so i'm not sure if thats a good thing or not...

Bonding glue is for weaves, not eyelashes! See, that's why outside of nails, I don't trust those nail shops to do any type of lashes or waxing on me. They can seriously do some damage!

When I think of false eyelashes, I think of people who perform onstage because they wear stage make-up or drag queens. Anyone whose wearing false eyelashes on a day to day basis is a bit over the top. I don't like mascara either. My eyelashes are dark and thick so mascara just makes them look crazy.

Isn't that the truth.... When it comes to them making money and your health, guess which choice they'll make? They could put on some elmers and some of us wouldn't know the difference. We save a few bucks, but we lose an eye???  

@MissDee --  I'm glad your eyes are still intact... (can you read this.... lol. Just checking upon the damage... lol).

i use Revlon lash fantasy. the one with the primer and then the mascare 2 in 1.

I'm not into fake lashes they look beautiful on a lot of people but my lashes are pretty long and curly on their own.... I use xl mascara by maybeline o or loreal..... When I use it people think I have on fake lashes I have been asked many times before.... Lol... But those both are really good for extra length.

My eye lashes are naturally long and thick i wear masacara by covergirl and sometimes i even wear false lashes the individuals or the whole lash for a more dramatic look

I tried false lashes once and will never do it again. I went to a professional and she applied the 'permanent' lashes as they call them. She attached the individual lashes one by one and the outcome was beautiful. They lasted very long, but when it was time for them to come out some of my real lashes went along with them. Besides, I realized that wearing lashes is a bit too artificial... So I stick to either Great Lash by Maybelline (blackest black) or a new one I'm pretty fond of, Lash Stylist by Maybelline.

YEAH I THINK INDIVIDUAL LASHES ARE THE BEST WAY TO GET YOUR LASHES DONE CAUSE THEY LOOK MORE REAL AND THEY LAST LONGER.
