The "B-Word"

Can the "B-Word" be compared to the "N-Word?" Can your homie call you the "B-Word?" Is the use of the "B-Word" out of control or is it used as a term of endearment? What are the dangers of such a word and can White people call Black women the "B-Word?" Where do we draw the line?
