I want to talk and debate about The Chrisite's:Committed on BETJ, but it seems like no one has watched it....or they just don't want to reply.

I thought I could come to the Diva's for Life forum to have alittle "pow-wow" about the second episode.  She had one of her friends Shiovan walking around her husband, Doug, with a bikini! and I mean the girl isn't all that but she is pretty and has her butt all hanging out.  Im starting to think all the hype about her being a "Diva" and a maniac is farfetched.  It seems like she has a natural amount of jealousy....no different from average woman with average husbands (non-ballers)

Another thing I was wondering about was who was "Garfield". Doug was all excited to see him or it....not sure what that was all about.  I thought the episode was funny and interesting.....but even more so looking at the guy running with Doug, he was ripped!!

I didn't see first episode, but i hear it was alittle bit better as far as drama is concerned.

i dont even know what this show's about...anyone wanna fill me in?

I wanted to watch it to see what it was like but I don't have BETJ, they should just put it on regular BET more people would be able to watch it.

Basically the show is about the lives of ex-NBA player Doug Christie and his wife Jackie Christie.  They are known nationwide as having this bizarre relationship because she does not allow him to dress in the regular locker rooms for fear of female reporters walking in, also he can't do interviews with female reporters unless he is present.  The list goes on and on.  You can find out more information if you click on the BETJ link and also www.jackiechristie.com, it just kinda sucks because the other replier was right, no one really has the BETJ channel to see the show.

I think Doug Christie's wife is really sad. She comes off as a nut case and ya can't be with a man ya don't whole heartly trust, but when moneys involved......anything goes and everything's excepted. I think the show is a waste of time and dramatic!!!

first of all let us just address a couple of comments starting with the little ducky that said jackie is tore up we don't know what that means as not only is she a model she gets paid for her looks right? and also everyone we know and then some all agree that doug has a beautiful and way out sexy WIFE! i mean damn that thing she had on the 2nd show (chivon?) was whooped and not in a good way if she did have her but hanging out we didn't see it for watching jackie she has such a comanding presence on the screen you must watch her and her coco brown caramel skin is to die for jackie christie if you read this  YOU ARE SOOOOO  F**********G! Tore up??? She is gorgeous! Did you get her and her friend confused? Have you seen her photos? Are YOU a model???? Wow! Every article that I read about them says how beautiful she is even the haters. She has a figure most women would kill for and a very pretty face to match.    

  Have you seen many NBA wives? Do some research puhleeaze. You absolutely kill me! I guess she should have a team of hairstylists and makeup artists following her around at all times so that you can say what a high maintenance gold digger she is. Last time I checked this was a REALITY SHOW. I don't know about your wife, wait...you probably can't get one with that piggish attitude...but I always get my hair and makeup done to move out of my house, go on a vacation and take my huband to have surgery. Get real CREEP! It's losers like you that are fat, bald, hairy, have B.O., live with your MaMa and walk around with your Return of the Jedi backpack on talkin' about how WOMEN are superficial and all they want is a rich guy.
