Hmm [^o)] The Impact of Hiv on only our community???????????????

Hi everyone I would like to get some other opinions. I realize that the impact of Aids in our community is breathtaking. I take it very serious as well, but for some reason I feel that the black community is being targeted the most. I'm not big on how these numbers are being racked up, but I must ask are we the only ones really getting tested. The last time I checked HIV did not have a name, color or gender. So can someone else provide me with an opinion. Sometimes I feel we are the only ones being targeted for the disease. I have caucasian friends mostly women and none that I have asked ever been tested, it seems the focus is so much on the black race, other cultures feel they are rare to have it. I also know that when I did not have insurance and I needed a doctors visit the clinic I went to automatically tests for HIV, must I add that the environment was majority black. My question is are we the only ones being tested and if not is it at a higher rate? Is this where the numbers are coming from? Someone respond please.
