I saw the show last night. Key needs to leave Frankie alone! She is only her biological parent. The definition of the word mother also means nurturer.Frankie has not done that. She is a freeloader and a bloodsucker, She is draining emotionally. She is trying to validate herself as someone of importance in these lives but she is not. Yes Key, Mrs. Coles recieved money from the state for taking care of you..but think about it! If you were with Frankie she would have been getting welfare checks for you also! Consider this welfare recipients get more money than foster care parents and foster care parents but up with more Krap from social workers and are under more scrutiny than what the checks are worth! So maybe she (Mrs. Cole) was not perfect but she was there for you! Where was Frankie? You had some sort of nurturing now you are trying to make something out of yourself. Fullfilling dreams that the majority seek but only the few acquire.Frankie comes with all of her baggage again victimizing you with her emotional ploys!Wake up Key drop her she is not your mother..just a biological parent

I like the Keisha Cole Show!

I hope that everyone on the show realizes that Keisha wants a real family and she is trying new things that she didn't have a chance to do with her real family. The adoptive parents seem like nice people. But, Neffe needs to make this decision about that baby and move on. It's a hard thing to do when you have to decide the life of one of your children. But, you gottat do what you gotta do. She already has 3 girls. She just got a job. JMO, I think it would work out if she keeps it. But, it would definitely slow her down. I wish them all the luck, peace, and happiness. Lord knows that Keisha is trying her best to bring her family back together. God bless them all. Hope she has another season, so the fans can see how they have progressed.

You know I was rather leery to check out this (much) talked-about show when I saw the commercials for the second series. And not because I'm not a Keyshia Cole fan. I love the girl's sound and her image is like a baby Mary J. Blige, ya' know. But then there were the edited snapshots to lure viewers into tuning in on its debut. I saw black women, yet again, being represented as b&#$!es, chicken heads, yakking off at the mouth, finger pointing, fighsty...just plain rude and disrespectful. Those were the judgments I made, from a few commercial plugs. Then, reluctantly, with nothing else to watch one Tuesday evening I tuned in to all the hype. Much to my surprise, the episode began with Keyshia, her sister Neffe, and mother Frankie having a therapy session! I couldn't believe it! I immediately started shaking off my hasty judgments and by the end of the episode, I saw something that I wish the man in the editing room had've portrayed on those commercial spots....love. A generation of wounds that were left unhealed and festering. Definitely a raisin in the sun. Poor Keyshia. Poor Neffe....and POOR FRANKIE..... I feel like who are we to ever say what Neffe should do. We don't have to take care of any of her kids she do. What ever she decides it's her decision. Now on to Frankie and HER CHILDREN...not the Cole's....I felt like Mrs. or Mr. Cole shouldn't have cared what Frankie was saying to her son thats her child regardless to what. Yes they raised Keyshia ok what do they want a medal..... From the time Mrs. Cole got on that party bus she had a problem thinking she was too good to be on the bus, why? becaue Frankie was feeling herself oh well she's not on drugs but that's what she's going to be lead back to doing....Maybe Mrs. Cole should of taken a cab. I feel like Keyshia immediatlely took the Cole's side she wasn't trying to listen to Neffe at all. I wouldn't care if the wolves raised Keyshia, Frankie gave her life and that's that....Keyshia was blessed that the Cole's took care of her not alot of people can say that. Frankie can say whatever she wants to say to her kids...they're her CHILDREN and they just have to respect her. She didn't need Mr. Cole to address her about nothing, it's not his job..If anything her children should have came to her and said something not him.....Neffe is going through alot and don't need added crap and so is Frankie.... She needs to focus on staying clean and learn to cope with life issues but my God don't climb all over her back all the time...let that woman breathe......she is trying to make it right and she is fully aware of what she's done and the choices she made that is why we see the tears.....I pray she stay strong and continue to stay clean but I've seen how easy it is for a person to go back....Then Keyshia came in and asked what's the problem...everyone watching already knew who side she was going to be on rather then listening and we know it wouldn't have been her mom or Neffe.....I love you Neffe you are so real and you got your Mama back regardless and that's what I'm talking about. No matter what family issues they have she keeps her mom back and I love her for that...fa sho ya heard me....And one more thing before I end this...Keyshia, keep the Coles out you and your mothers situation right now until you and your mom is at peace......This is your time to start from now to make a new...you feel me, you and your mother need to gain a relationship with one another, then later have a reunion that way the air would be clear and your mom would be better with the Cole's because by then she'll know her place in your life means more than just being the person that gave birth to you.....I have to say I'm glad she left....I wish my cousin mother would have left her kids because she did them no good because when you're on drugs.....you don't know how to love all you know how to love is the drug and it messes kids up.....She left because she knew she could do you kids no good....but she's clean and she's ready to love....I'm not saying its right to leave your children but she was sick but now she is better...make the best of it, listen to Alicia Keys song, "Like You'll Never See Me Again"......Make it better and build a relationship with your family because after the music, the money, and fame they're all you got.......

Neffe and Frankie have to go!

Neffe and Frankie are the most ungrateful people ever to have a TV camera pointed at them--Let's give Frankie a pass on some things b/c face it -- her brain is fried! But the notion that she caused that scene at the restaurant b/c she wanted attention and to feel as important as the Cole family who actually raised her child for her is just nonsense--and the fact that she has no real reasons for her foolishness tells me she's not playing with a full deck. ("WHY AM I ALWAYS THE CULPRIT??") WTF?? That being said? Frankie needs to be grateful that Keyshia has anything to do with her at all--because a lot of people including me would NOT. So shut up and enjoy your freeloading ride b/c you aren't Yvonne Cole because you chose crack and hooking over your kids. I find it interesting that you don't believe in abortion but you have had no problem dropping your seven kids (seven baby daddy's) off on anyone who would take them--and then claim they have been stolen and brainwashed. Get over yourself! I've saved the best for NeffeNeffe--it's 2007 no one accidentially gets pregnant by a drug addict! This was my first time watching the Keyshia Cole show. It has made me see her in a new light, and appreciate what she does even more. She has truely came a long way. Even though she has chaos within her family, she airs it on national television for the world to see. Life has now been easy for this talented young lady, and even though her family has put her through some troubling times, she still continues to look out for them. It takes a lot of strength and courage to stay focused the way she has. There are many families going through similar if not tougher situations, in these days and times. Hopefully some of these people can learn something from watching the show. I am going to continue to stay tuned and possibly try to watch back episodes I may have missed if possible. But, I have to give the girl credit, God has truely blessed her.
