I love Kobe. He has finally realized what playing as a team means.

Kobe always knew what a team was and it's about time he has a team to play with him. I no longer live in Cali, but the Lakers are still my team. I'm so glad they won on Christmas and IF they make it to the playoffs, I hope they do better than they did last year. Kwame Brown is still not playing (injured now, but bogus police charges/rumors took his attention from the game when they needed to win 1 more game in rd 1 of the playoffs).Bynum and Farmar are so much better now.Go Lakers or Nuggets!

Yesterday's All-star game showed what happens when the "ball hogger" doesn't play. If Kobe would've played more than 3 minutes, the West might not have lost.I think that Carmello and AI did good though.Go Lakers

The Milwaukee Bucks are America's team. I know you're all talking about the Lakers and Nuggets. It doesn't make any sense, I know - but I love the Milwaukee Bucks.

If the entire team is healthy (not injured, etc), then they should do good. Isn't Bynum expected to play Sunday? I'm glad they'll have their big man back for the playoffs. A man on ESPN said Phx only got Shaq for the playoffs, so they would have a big man to go against the Lakers, Celtics (if Phx gets to the finals) and other teams with good big men. But, I'm mad the Lakers are playing the Nuggets in the first round because both the Lakers and Nuggets are my teams. If Kobe doesn't get MVP this season, then I'll know there's a conspiracy against him getting it. I hope he gets it and that the Lakers make it to the finals. I still hate the Celtics, but the Lakers won't beat them.

Re: LAKERS
DENVER- born and raised....The Nuggets are contenders, baby. Get over it. With A.I, Carmelo, Camby, Najera and Kleiza...our soldiers mean business. I like our team because Coach Karl, as bad as his coaching judgment may be sometimes, backs his men and goes to the mat for them everytime. I think our players have a sense of loyalty for the city and the team and are not motivated by greed or fear which can only take you so far. Win or lose, our players know that they are respected by management and the fans. It's a nice gig in Denver...
BTW...We DO NOT want Mr. Bryant on our team!! Forget about the rape chargers, he's not a good fit and he's full of sh*t.

^^Don't bring up Kobe's rape accusations that were not true without bringing up Melo's recent drunk driving. He could've killed someone and damaged stuff. I don't live in Cali or Colo, but the Lakers and Denver are my teams partly because I think Melo, AI, Kobe and Sasha V are cute. I think Kobe's trial is part of the Lakers' meltdown and Melo's drunk driving charge is part (can't forget Pau and the fact that the Lakers play as a team now) of the reason they lost the first 2. When does game 3 come on? That's in Denver? I wouldn't be surprised if the Lakers lost or won by a few points.

I watched the Lakers beat the *8* out of Denver in Denver and the people that called the game made me sooo sick. Instead of them saying Kobe, Pau, Fish, etc are playing great, they started blaming AI and Melo for Denver's meltdown. What did they expect from the #8 team that lost to the Clippers a couple of years and hasn't gotten out of the first round since the mid-1980s or 1990s? I like Denver too, but I can't wait to find out who the Lakers will play in the next round.

I hope Kobe gets the MVP today and ESPN thinks he will. Now, he can join 3 other Lakers (Magic, Kareem and Shaq) to win MVP. I'm glad that a year ago, he asked to be traded because it made the people get him a team that went on to have the best record in the west. They better beat Utah tomorrow after he gets his award/trophy.I'm like WTF, because Kobe already should've been MVP.
